Optimize your System for better performance

If your computer run’s slower than before, then follow the below points to overcome it.

Remove unwanted start up programs : Click Start > Run and type ‘msconfig’ in the box, and click OK.
Deselect programs from ‘Start up’ tab, which you don’t want to automatically run when you boot up. Don’t remove the programs, which you’re not sure about it otherwise this can have a substantial impact on overall system performance.

Remove Unused Programs : If you have installed lot of programs, which you don’t use afterwards then review the list of the unwanted ones that you currently installed & remove them.

Update the Windows : Always try to update your windows as soon as possible. Microsoft releases system security patches on Tuesday, which is the second Tuesday of each month.

Install anti-virus , spyware scanner, and anti-malware programs : Keep your your antivirus, spyware and anti-malware programs up-to-date with the latest virus definitions and perform a full-system scan. Generally most of the computer’s in the world got attacked by Viruses, Malware, and Spyware. These issued heavy damages over the years.

Disk De-fragment & Disk Cleanup : Always do Disk De-fragment & Disk Cleanup weekly or monthly once. Running disk cleanup will remove temporary files and other unwanted files. Disk De-fragment can help you to keep your hard drive running as efficiently as possible.

Data Backup : Always try to take data backup at least once in a week hence you can get back in where you left off if anything were to happen.

Clean the CPU : Dust may clog on your system fans, which lead to overheating issues and even cause hardware failure. Try to use computer vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from cpu.

Bad Sectors :  Always check your hard drive having any bad sectors. Bad sectors can be checked through Running the Windows Checkdisk (chkdsk) program.

Always try to create a System Restore point before you uninstall any programs, so you can revert your computer back to a safe point if anything goes wrong.
