Data Backup : Always try to take data backup at least once in a week hence you can get back in where you left off if anything were to happen.
Clean the CPU : Dust may clog on your system fans, which lead to overheating issues and even cause hardware failure. Try to use computer vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from cpu.
Bad Sectors : Always check your hard drive having any bad sectors. Bad sectors can be checked through Running the Windows Checkdisk (chkdsk) program.
